Em setembro, a Sociedade Brasileira de Cardiologia publicou a&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/saude\/noticia\/2025\/09\/18\/pressao-de-12-por-8-pre-hipertensao-em-nova-diretriz.ghtml\">nova Diretriz Brasileira de Hipertens\u00e3o<\/a>&nbsp;\u2014 um documento t\u00e9cnico extenso, voltado a profissionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (9), a entidade<strong>&nbsp;lan\u00e7ou uma cartilha&nbsp;<\/strong>em linguagem simples para desmistificar o que mudou e o que n\u00e3o mudou no diagn\u00f3stico, no tratamento e nas metas de press\u00e3o arterial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O documento, obtida pelo&nbsp;<strong>g1<\/strong>, tenta desfazer ru\u00eddos que circularam nas \u00faltimas semanas, especialmente a ideia de que&nbsp;\u201c12\/8 virou doen\u00e7a\u201d ou de que \u201ctodo mundo ser\u00e1 obrigado a tomar rem\u00e9dio\u201d&nbsp;\u2014 afirma\u00e7\u00f5es que, segundo a entidade, n\u00e3o encontram respaldo na diretriz oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 pr\u00e9-hipertens\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a cartilha,&nbsp;<strong>nada mudou no crit\u00e9rio que define hipertens\u00e3o<\/strong>: continua sendo necess\u00e1rio apresentar press\u00e3o igual ou acima de 140\/90 mmHg em pelo menos duas ocasi\u00f5es para receber o diagn\u00f3stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valores entre&nbsp;<strong>120\u2013139\/80\u201389 mmHg constituem a chamada pr\u00e9-hipertens\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014&nbsp;um est\u00e1gio de alerta, e n\u00e3o uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 estimular a vigil\u00e2ncia e a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis antes que a press\u00e3o, de fato, ultrapasse o limite considerado seguro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quando o rem\u00e9dio entra (e quando n\u00e3o entra)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o sobre tratamento tamb\u00e9m permanece clara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O uso de medicamentos est\u00e1 indicado apenas quando a hipertens\u00e3o \u00e9 confirmada (\u2265 140\/90 mmHg) ou quando pessoas com 130\u2013139\/80\u201389 mmHg, classificadas como alto risco cardiovascular, n\u00e3o atingem controle ap\u00f3s tr\u00eas meses de mudan\u00e7as de estilo de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A cartilha refor\u00e7a que ningu\u00e9m usa rem\u00e9dio por ter 12 por 8&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2014 e que, antes de medicar, \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio avaliar interven\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o farmacol\u00f3gicas, como alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, exerc\u00edcios e sono de qualidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medidas n\u00e3o medicamentosas recomendadas a partir de 120\/80 mmHg:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduzir peso quando necess\u00e1rio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o fumar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Praticar atividade f\u00edsica regular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlar estresse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ter boa qualidade de sono.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitar \u00e1lcool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adotar alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o com pouco sal e poucos ultraprocessados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nova meta de press\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A diretriz passa a orientar que, ap\u00f3s iniciar o tratamento,&nbsp;<strong>a press\u00e3o seja reduzida a valores menores que 130\/80 mmHg<\/strong>, inclusive nas medi\u00e7\u00f5es domiciliares (MRPA) e na monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o ambulatorial de 24 horas (MAPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o documento,&nbsp;metas mais baixas protegem melhor cora\u00e7\u00e3o, c\u00e9rebro, rins e vasos sangu\u00edneos&nbsp;\u2014 \u00f3rg\u00e3os mais diretamente afetados pela press\u00e3o alta descontrolada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medir em casa ajuda a evitar erros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A cartilha refor\u00e7a que medir a press\u00e3o apenas no consult\u00f3rio pode mascarar problemas. Por isso, em muitos casos, o m\u00e9dico solicitar\u00e1 MRPA ou MAPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O documento lista passos para uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o confi\u00e1vel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Como medir a press\u00e3o corretamente em casa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usar aparelhos autom\u00e1ticos de bra\u00e7o validados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o treinar, comer ou tomar caf\u00e9 uma hora antes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esvaziar a bexiga e descansar 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manter costas apoiadas, p\u00e9s no ch\u00e3o e bra\u00e7o na altura do cora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizar 3 medidas com 1 minuto de intervalo, sem conversar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exames anuais obrigat\u00f3rios para quem j\u00e1 \u00e9 hipertenso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao menos uma vez por ano<strong>, hipertensos devem realizar um conjunto de exames que ajudam a detectar complica\u00e7\u00f5es silenciosas<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 como problemas renais ou card\u00edacos. Entre eles est\u00e3o glicemia, colesterol, fun\u00e7\u00e3o renal, an\u00e1lise de urina e eletrocardiograma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mitos e verdades que a cartilha esclarece<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A parte mais did\u00e1tica do material responde diretamente \u00e0s d\u00favidas que viralizaram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>12\/8 virou doen\u00e7a<\/strong>. Mito. 120\/80 mmHg n\u00e3o \u00e9 hipertens\u00e3o. \u00c9 um ponto de aten\u00e7\u00e3o para refor\u00e7o de h\u00e1bitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Todo mundo vai ter que tomar rem\u00e9dio<\/strong>. Mito. Rem\u00e9dios s\u00f3 s\u00e3o indicados com diagn\u00f3stico confirmado ou risco muito alto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal rosa \u00e9 liberado<\/strong>. Mito. Todo sal tem s\u00f3dio. A orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reduzir, n\u00e3o trocar por outro tipo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00f3 medir no consult\u00f3rio basta<\/strong>. Mito. MRPA e MAPA s\u00e3o fundamentais em muitos casos para evitar erros de diagn\u00f3stico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A meta mudou para &lt; 130\/80 mmHg<\/strong>. Mito. A diretriz realmente ficou mais rigorosa com as metas, buscando maior prote\u00e7\u00e3o cardiovascular.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sinais de alerta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A cartilha tamb\u00e9m lista sintomas que exigem busca urgente por atendimento, especialmente quando associados a press\u00e3o muito alta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dor forte no peito ou falta de ar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraqueza ou dorm\u00eancia em um lado do corpo, fala enrolada ou confus\u00e3o \u2014 sinais de AVC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dor de cabe\u00e7a s\u00fabita e intensa, vis\u00e3o turva, tontura ou desmaio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press\u00e3o \u2265 180\/110 mmHg acompanhada de sintomas como dor no peito, vis\u00e3o alterada ou formigamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Em gestantes: dor de
